One-Pot Wonders: In this class, you will learn how to make Koushari in one pot, using a combination
of lentils, pasta, and rice. Koshari, Egypt’s national dish, is a flavourful blend of lentils, rice, and pasta that has been satisfying taste buds for over a century. You will also learn how to make a quick, easy green salad with a simple
lemon dressing. And for dessert, you will learn how to make a stovetop rice pudding using milk,
sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon.
