Unleash your child’s culinary creativity with our fun and delicious cooking course! Led by Instructor Marwa, kids ages 8-12 will learn how to master two classic dishes that will be sure to delight their taste buds. On January 30th, from 5 pm to 6:30 pm, Marwa will guide them through the process of making the ultimate comfort food: mac and cheese, cheesy pasta coated in a rich and creamy sauce, the perfect dish for a cold winter evening or a quick lunch. And just when you think it can’t get any better, Marwa will teach them how to make the ultimate chocolate indulgence: chocolate crinkle cookies, these cookies are soft, chewy, and chocolaty on the inside with a crackly, sugary exterior that creates a perfect texture and taste contrast. Imagine the warm and comforting aroma of chocolate filling your kitchen, the perfect way to end any day.

One-Pot Wonders: In this class, you will learn how to make Koushari in one pot, using a combination
of lentils, pasta, and rice. Koshari, Egypt’s national dish, is a flavourful blend of lentils, rice, and pasta that has been satisfying taste buds for over a century. You will also learn how to make a quick, easy green salad with a simple
lemon dressing. And for dessert, you will learn how to make a stovetop rice pudding using milk,
sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon.
