Chef Giovanni is a highly experienced private chef and consultant who has worked in the hospitality industry for a range of clients, including Michelin-starred restaurants, fine dining establishments, and luxury hotels.

He has a particular focus on Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, but is also skilled in modern European and British dishes, and has been influenced by fusion culinary culture and world food.

Chef Giovanni has a wealth of experience in the industry, having worked for prestigious clients such as the Royal Albert Hall and the Shangri-La Hotel, and has been a chef at several highly regarded restaurants and hotels. He has also been awarded as the best gastro wine bar in Clapham for two years in a row.
